Cuvée Sélect

A full bodied and fruity Champagne, exclusively Pinot Meunier. Hand picked by strict selection on the vine stock to obtain an optimal maturity, a natural high proof and blooming aromas, spending a minimum of 4 years in the cellars.

Genetic : 100% Meunier, Blanc de meuniers.
Appearance : Its straw colour delivers a fine fizz complimenting a lovely finish.
Nose : Fresh, fruity scent with hints of citrus, minerals & yellow apple.
Taste : Complex red berries, citrus and minerals. Well balanced with a fine mousse and fresh finish.
Aging process : Minimum 4 to 5 years before selling.
Methods : Non malo-lactic fermentation , we keep the natural freshness of the grapes.
Dosage : Brut. Low sugar level:about 6 to 7g/l.
Side Dish : This champagne is perfect for any festive or social event. It can be enjoyed as an aperitif or with dessert.

Cuvée Trianon

 

Cuvée Trianon (the flagship Cuvée of the Lemaire House) is a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay. Matured in temperature controlled steel vats and the alcoholic fermentation is maintained by 16 degrees to preserve the wines delicate aromas. This champagne is our best awarded bottle.

Grape Varietals : 40% Chardonnay and 60% Pinot Noir.
Appearance : Pale gold, crystal clear, pearlescent bubbles.
Nose : Fresh youthful nose, yellow citrus flowers, orchard fruits with hints of fennel and cream, shortcake pastry.
Taste : Charming fine mousse, fruit jelly, pear and a mature finish with brioche tone.
Aging process : Minimum 4 years-old before selling.
Method : No malo-lactic fermentation, we keep the natural fresh of the grapes.
Dosage : Brut. Low sugar level:about 6 to 7g/l.
Side Dish : Fish, foie gras, excellent as aperitif (before eating)

Rosé de Saignée

A blend of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Meunier. The unique taste and colour are obtained by maceration with the skins in stead of blending with red wine, a common method in champagne.

Genetic : 50% pinot Meunier and 50% Pinot Noir.
Appearance : Beautiful raspberry red colour.
Nose : Strong red berries with raspberries and strawberries at the forefront, citrus and toasted bread.
Taste : Smooth mousse dominated by red berries with grapefruit followed by minerals and a long elegant finish.
Aging process : Minimum 4 years-old before selling.
Methods : Non malo-lactic fermentation malo-lactic, we keep the natural acidity of the grapes.
Dosage : Brut. Low sugar level:about 7 to 8 g/l.
Side Dish : Chicken, fruit-based desserts, barbecue…

Trianon 66

Grape Varieties : 40% de chardonnay , 50% Pinot Noir and 10% Pinot meunier.
Appearance : Light golden appearance, an almost transparent purity.
Nose : Notes of citrus, with a lot of freshness.
Taste : Fine and light, flavour oriented to pineapple and passion fruit.
Ageing process : Minimum 5 years in the cellars.
Methods : Non fermentation malo-lactic, we keep the natural acidity of the grapes.
Dosage : A Brut Champagne. Low sugar level (about 6 to 7g/l) using only cane sugar.
Side Dish : White meats and fish.

Millésime Les Hautes Prières

Champagne Millésime (Vintage) Blanc de Blancs. 9 months in oak barrels and matured in the cellars. This champagne has been made with our best vineyards from Hautvillers, where champagne is born, and got the award of the best Chardonnay of the world.

Genetic : 100% Chardonnay, Blanc de Blancs.
Appearance : Shimmering pale gold with very fine bubbles.
Nose : Oak barrel ageing produces a complex buttery, fruity (apple and peach) and fresh Champagne.
Taste : Presence in the mouth is subtle, even buttery and fruity (pear). These notes can be noticed in a fresh and balanced fine wine with a pleasant finish.
Ageing process : 5 to 7 years-old
Methods : No malo-lactic fermentation, we keep the natural freshness of the grapes.
Dosage : Brut. Low sugar level:about 6 to 7g/l.
Side Dish : Foie gras and fish. Excellent for aperitif.
