Grape variety : 100% Meunier.
Dosage : Brut between 6 and 7 g/l.

Zéro Dosage
Grape variety : 100% Meunier.

Cuvée Trianon

Trianon 66
Grape variety : 60% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay.
Dosage : Brut between 6 and 7 g/l.
Age : 4 years in our cellars and an additional 1 year maturation with its cork after disgorgment.
Refined and historic, the name Trianon is a legacy of Monsieur Roger-Constant Lemaire, who transformed this label into a family emblem in 1966.
Les Hautes-Prières
Grape variety : 100% Chardonnay
Dosage : Brut between 6 and 7 g/l.
Age : At least 8 years in our cellars.
This Blanc de Blancs Vintage is a true concentration of finesse and exceptional freshness. Crafted exclusively from grapes grown in Hautvillers — the birthplace of Champagne and the historic home of Dom Pérignon’s abbey.
Rosé de Saignée
Grape variety : 50% Pinot Noir, 50% Meunier.
Dosage : Brut between 6 and 7 g/l.
Age : At least 4 years in our cellars.
Its ruby hue and intensely fruity aromas are achieved through the maceration of the grape skins and juice (without the addition of red wine). This rare method gives it a subtle, natural color that may vary slightly from year to year.
